Q. Do I need to be fit to join your Fitness Bootcamp?

A. No, that's why your coming to see me. Don't worry about being un-fit, there are all differant ranges of fitness levels, at the end of the day your competing against yourself. It's good to have a mixture so you can aspire to the next level and push yourself that little bit harder.

The group sizes are also kept small so I can focus on each individuals progress. We have a basic fitness test at the beginning of the 6 week program and then pair you up with someone of a similar level to yourself. At the end of the 6 week program we will then have the same test to see how much you have progressed.

 

Q. What about if everyone else is much fitter than me?

A. Don't worry about what your neighbour is doing, you are challenging yourself.

 

Q. How long does the Fitness Boot Camp run for?

A. The Fitness Boot Camp runs for 6 weeks, with a week off between camps.

 

Q. What results can I expect to see?

A. You can expect to see:

significant improvements in your cardiovascular fitness

your energy/endurance levels will increase

you will tone up and get stronger

you will trim down and lose weight

I will do everything I can to help you achieve results, I want you to become a walking talking billboard!

 

Q. What does the Fitness Bootcamp consist of?

A. The exercises are based around functional movements which will make everyday actitivities a whole lot easier;

Walk,Jog,Sprint

Squat

Lunge

Bending

Rotational

Horizontal push and pull

Vertical push and pull

Strength endurance

Using equipment that will be totally new to you to keep the workouts challenging and fresh.


Q. What if I miss a class?

A. The bootcamp is a 6 week package, there are no refund policies for missed classes.

 

Q. What do you do if it rains?

A. We meet up anyway and decide when we get there. If it's raining too heavily, we will cancel the session and try to make up for any lost sessions in the 1 week rest between Boot Camps.
