What an autumn we're having!

I'm writing this newsletter at Dangerously Fit HQ (my backyard), it's 26 degrees and sunny… and it's hard to get any work done – the beach is just too tempting right now:) 

It's been a crazy busy couple of months (except for 10 days I was in Bali) with Dangerously Fit taking part in the Urbanathlon, the Oatley fun run, another 81 people signing up for our latest Dangerously Fit 6 Week Body transformation program, the Dangerously Fit Facebook photo comp and the start up of our new 'Armed & Dangerous' Fitness Equipment online store.
