Bondi Beach Boot Camp
Good turn this morning at the Bondi Beach boot camp, it's a great way to start the day with the sun coming up and the waves rolling in.

Bondi Beach Boot Camp
Tuesday is cross training day which is a combination of circuit training using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and Olympic rings and high intensity cardio.
Here is this mornings workout….
Split camp into pairs (similar fitness level), then pair up again.
Set out 3 stations with 3 exercises at each station, 60 seconds per exercise with a 15 second rest – then move onto the next exercise.
Complete all 3 stations.
The exercises…
Station 1.
Medicine-ball push up and pass
Medicine-ball squat and pass
Medicine-ball sit up and pass
Station 2.
Dips
Dumbbell Lunges
Olympic ring rows
Station 3.
Kettlebell squat and press
Wall sit
Plank
