Rushcutters Bay Boxing Training Class

When I first arrived at Rushcutters Bay Park this morning for a moment I thought I was late, it's the first day we've trained since the end of daylight savings and it felt weird starting a class in daylight again. Rushcutters Bay Boxing Class

Due to popular demand, Monday a.k.a cardio day IS NOW boxing day – we've had loads of good feedback so we'll be keeping Monday at Rushcutters Bay as a boxing workout.

We're in the final week of the program so this morning we stepped up the pace once more, due to Easter Friday we've moved this Friday's session into week 7 which will be Wednesday 15th April.

So…

…this month we only get a short break before commencing the next round of boot camps on the 20th April.

As usual the last day will be a fitness test and we'll compare your results to when you started the course 6 weeks ago, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how far you've come in such a short time – everyone who sticks with the program usually is!

If you feel like getting a 3rd session in this week, feel free to come down to one of our other sessions being held at Bondi Beach and Centennial Park, we also have an awesome soft sand boxing class now running at Bondi Beach on Saturday mornings at 7am which lasts 1 hour.

See you again soon!
