Boot Camp Sydney – Week 5
Well done everyone for making it to week 5. With the mornings getting darker and the temperature dropping there’s always the temptation of staying in bed and putting off training to “another day”.
If you do this the problem is you’re no better off than when you started the program, so remember to remind yourself of your goals before reaching for the snooze button.
Next week is the final week of this round and we’ll be having fitness tests throughout the week to see how much everyone has improved.
This month has been a great month of training so I think everyone will do really well, be sure to come to these sessions as it’s important to measure your progress on a regular basis – if you don’t then you’re only kidding yourself!
