Dangerously Fit May 2009 Sydney Boot Camp
Well done to everyone who attended our Sydney boot camps last month, it was our best camp yet and the trainers and myself really enjoyed training you all.
We also had some of the best fitness results of any camp, with a new plank record set by Guy – an awesome 6 minutes and 15 seconds, 3 other campers beat the 5 minute mark which is outstanding.
This week we went straight into the next round, for various reasons we had to say goodbye to a few of our regulars that have been with us for a while and we wish them all the best. We also have quite a few new faces in the camp and we look forward to watching you progress over the upcoming months.
When you start out the toughest part is getting into a routine, and with the mornings getting darker and the temperature dropping there’s always the temptation of staying in bed and putting off training to “another day”.
Problem is if you do this you’re no better off than when you started the program, so remember to remind yourself of your goals before reaching for the snooze button, write them down and put them somewhere you’ll see everyday.
Below is some pictures of this months Ruschcutters Bay boot camp fitness test, next week we’ll have our usual boot camp video workout of the week - check back soon.
Till next time
