Boot Camp Sydney CBD Video Workout

Here's a quick video of our lunchtime Sydney CBD boot camp at The Domain, it was a great workout with heaps of energy all round.

Circuit training 20 mins – 90 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest between exercises.
Because this class is slightly shorter than usual (only 40 minutes) we threw cardio into the circuit to get the heart rate up, then finished off with a killer 7 minute ab workout.
All the exercises use multiple muscles at one time which are great for building lean muscle and burning calories, these workouts are awesome for shedding fat.
10 Station Circuit
1. Dumbbell rows
2. Med-ball russian twist
3. Dumbbell squat and press
4. Ladder ski jumps
5. Kettlebell swings
6. T-sprint
7. Plank and reach
8. Push ups through ladder
9. Med-ball lunge and press
10. Burpees
Ab Workout
20 reps of each
1. Crunches
2. Reverse crunches
3. Hovers
4. Side plank
5. Plank
6. Extensions
7. Repeat
