Sydney Boot Camp Fitness Test Results September 09
Hi guys,
If we start looking back, before we started doing boot camp, probably we could never imagined have the results we had in the September Fitness test.
We not only have improved massively in fitness, we also improved in socializing, It is incredible to see all of you encouraging to each other and getting through to a tough session together every morning.
All this is for you guys, and you have to use it as much as you can.
Every single workout will help you to improve your endurance, strength and stamina.
In the last Test we had an outstanding performance from James in the Beep Test, we are putting a Challenge up to beat the 14.9 result done in Bondi camp.
Also we will encourage you to beat your own mark in the next test.
