Group Fitness Workout Rushcutters Bay
Hi guys and gals,
I still remember just a few weeks ago when mornings were darker and there were less of us down at the Park.
But now the reality is different, we are becoming a bigger and more solid group. There are a lot of new faces and a shared belief in better health.
It is a beautiful thing to fully engage the body when the sun is rising and many others are sleeping off their late night TV hangovers.
Just a question for you all: What is the dream behind the effort you put into your training?
To start playing football again, to fit that dress, to make that guy look twice?
I'm stoked with the effort you are applying in your training.
Remember to focus on your dreams and to communicate with us, we will get there together.
Have a look at the Rushcutters Bay group fitness video, you look good!…
The session was a combination of Strength and Cardio.
Strength: We had six stations of 90 seconds each, with a whole body work out.
Lower Body: We had sets of Lunges with Med ball and kettlebells, Squat Jumps and Squats and Press
Abs: Clapping crunches.
Upper body: Sets of Push Ups, Olympic Rings Rows and Shoulder Press
Cardio: We had four stations, the Burpees were giving the time to the stations.
1) 20 Burpees
2) Fast Crunch Leg Raises
3) Mountain Climbers
4) Sprint on a hill.
Thanks for giving us the chance to help towards your health goals, we are looking forward to seeing you achieve them in the short and long term through Dangerously Fit Boot Camp.
We are looking for a high percentage of personal bests being achieved this coming October in strength and endurance.
Keep your training regular and intense and you'll be building stronger bodies, denser bones, bigger stroke volume in your cardiac muscles and sleeping like healthy happy little babies.
Wishing you the best of health.
