Sydney Boot Camp Latest…And Queens Park Boot Camp Video
Hi Everyone,
We are at the beginning of October and another Fitness Test will take place this week.
I'm very anxious to see how much you guys have improved in the past 4 weeks, sessions, attitude and motivation have been great, so it is time to show how hard we have trained and to see how much we will achieve this month.
I just want to highlight how all of you are going to different boot camps to have more variety and to get to train with different people as well, making us very proud of all of you.
Now with day light saving, our mornings will be a bit darker for the next few weeks and I know that is always a bit harder to get out of bed, but don't let this being an excuse to grab a couple of more minutes in a nice warm bed.
Get out there, get your exercises done early in the morning, have a nutritious breakfast and then start your day in the best way.
Summer is around the corner and we want and we need to be fit and healthy to enjoy every single day of it.
Obviously days are longer, so there are more activities to do, from rushing to the beach after work to have that swim we were waiting for 8 hours sitting in an office wishing the time could go faster, to go out any day for a nice dinner and perhaps to have those extra drinks.
There are so many reasons why we have to commit to a regular fitness program, training has to be part of your daily life, that's why our sessions are hard but enjoyable with an structure that will help you to achieve your fitness goals in less time and in a fun way.
Here's a quick video of our Queens Park boot camp. We started with circuits then went into the park and did hill and stair training.
Great effort everyone!
