Does Everyone Need To Train?

How many times we ask ourselves, do I need to train???

The Answer to that simple question is yes.

People get confused sometimes thinking that they have a pretty active job, lots of walking from office to office, going up and down the stairs on a construction site.

For you to have an idea of how health and  fitness work, pay attention to what's coming next.

Firstly and the most important part of it is Nutrition… which accounts for 70% of our lives, this means if we don't do any sort of physical activity we will be healthy but unfit.

Secondly is our daily life.

In today's days we are all  very active people, we have to work hard to make a living and perhaps have two jobs to make some extra cash.

Long hours out of home as I mentioned before, we could go up and down the stairs all day running trying to be more productive. All these things get up to 20% of our lives.

So it means we are have good nutrition and a very active job, but unfortunately we are still unfit.

Thirdly comes exercise, our body needs physical activities, so we have to dedicate 10% of our lives to exercise.

We deal with so many people over the years telling us they believed  they were fit, they had spent so much time in a GYM or training by themselves in a park, they had a fitness base but they couldn't handle a training session with a trainer.

Also there are some people who think because we are trainers, we are VERY FIT. There is some truth around that, but we also need a trainer.

Someone who can push us to the limit, someone who can raise our metabolism to the top and make us feel good afterwards.

We the personal trainers also have to achieve the 10% of physical activity everyday, we know  how to go through a very tough session as well.

So never forget about your 70% of Nutrition, 20% of Active daily lifestyle and 10% of Physical Activity.

Wishing you good health.
