Sydney Outdoor Boot Camp Fitness Test – October
Hi everyone.
I just took an extra week to post this because I've been analyzing all the results very carefully.
First of all we have to welcome the new people that have joined us at different boot camps recently. Also congratulations to the entire Dangerously Fit Boot Camp Group for waking up early, making your way down to one of our outdoor camps, TRAINING SO HARD to get the results you want and being great training partners.
Now I'm going to go through all the best marks from October's Fitness test.
Bondi Beach Boot Camp
Warwick = 62 = Push Ups
James = 3.41= Plank
James = 12.1 = Beep Test
Rushcutters Bay Boot Camp
Justin B = 75 = Push Ups
Justin B = 2.55 = Plank
Justin B/ Malcolm = 11.4 = Beep Test
Queens Park Boot Camp
Mark = 85 = Push Ups
Jaquie = 3.42 = Plank
Mark = 11.4 = Beep Test
CBD Boot Camp
Katie = 56 = Push Ups
Juliet = 2.32 = Plank
Clare = 9.4 = Beep Test
Coogee Beach Boot Camp
Andrew = 71 = Push Ups
Andrew = 3.30 = Plank
Kate = 11.6 = Beep test
I have to confess that writing all these results made me feel so good as a trainer and I am sure Dan and Ali will have the same feelings.
Also I was checking the results from past tests and compare to these,there are so many improvements.
Keep your training going, make a habit out of it, be fit and healthy, look after yourself and remember training hard today will make your future better.
