Originally from London I came to Australia travelling in August 2000.
It’s been a long holiday – 9 years later I’m still here enjoying Sydney and now own a successful personal training and fitness boot camp company – Dangerously Fit.
Through many years of working with personal training clients I have learned what really works for the average person busy juggling work and family commitments.
Most people don’t have time to go to the gym 4-5 days a week for an hour at a time like most of the fitness magazines workouts tell you to.
And unlike many “fitness gurus” my income directly correlates to my clients getting results, if my clients don’t get results I don’t earn a living.
As the owner of a fitness company I had to come up with a system my trainers and myself could use with our clients and know would work 100% of the time.
And because we are an outdoor boot camp company I needed to come up with a training system we could use that did not require the use of a gym.
You see you don’t need an expensive gym membership and fancy pieces of gym equipment to get results.
I've created quick, effective, no-nonsense, 45 minute boot camp workouts that are high energy, inexpensive and fun.
Our Sydney boot camps are designed to get you into shape fast with cutting edge workouts that have been proven by science to make you lose fat and get and get toned in the shortest amount of time possible.
All our training is done outdoors with kettlebells, dummbells, Olympic rings, medicine balls and bodyweight – our clients have achieved dramatic results.
I set up this blog to give you regular fat loss strategies, outdoor boot camp workouts, fitness and nutrition advice which will act as a guide for you to achieve your fitness goals.
