Cross Training classes are designed for maximum fat loss. The workouts combine attitude, discipline and motivation with old school training principles and cutting edge scientific goal-oriented techniques to get you into killer shape... fast!

Yoga is an excellent way for you to unwind, heal your body and improve your posture and overall flexibility. It's also fantastic for abdominal strength and core stability.

Warrior Workout focuses purely on strength training. This class is slightly more advanced and is recommended for people that have been in the Dangerously Fit program for a minimum of 12 weeks. Please book in advance with the office to attend.
